杨红，女，汉族，1985年7月生于黑龙江，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，海南省拔尖人才。主要从事量子光学以及量子信息交叉学科领域的研究工作，具体包括：以电磁感应光透明为基础相干操控探测光增益，一维光晶格系统中动力学调控光子带隙，基于缺陷光晶格、空间Kramers-Kronig关系等实现非互易光传播的调控等。主持国家自然科学基金1项，海南省自然科学基金2项，以第二完成人参与国家自然科学基金3项，参与完成海南省自然科学基金重点以及一般项目9项。任 Scientific report, Optical Society of America等杂志审稿人。现已在 “Physical Review A”，“Optics Express”等期刊上发表SCI论文近20篇，出版专著1部。
